Hilary and Haylie Duff were out and about in NYC last week. The sisters visited Regis and Kelly (love that show), then an office in Midtown, and later went back to their apartment building. I don’t know why I wrote that whole part because I could care less what they did, but Haylie did wear this DVF print dress from their fall collection.

The trend of the night was the high waisted, with full or bubble skirts, and daring necklines. Rihanna’s blue Collection Bebe frock looked great on her, except I felt like I already saw the bubble dress look on Rachel Bilson before. Brittany Murphy has looked hot all year and did so again in a purple Sinha-Stanic mini-dress. Rachel Bilson, my favorite look of the night, was stunning as well in Zac Posen’s Yacht dress with Prada pumps. iGroove’s lace panties

I thought it was strange when they made jeans that had pockets to hold your iPod in, but this beats them all. Described as “dark and desirable, the bloomers are edged with pink ribbon and tote a removable pocket for iPod nano.” Hey don’t feel left out guys, they have ipod boxers too. This is so weird.
