Paris Hilton In Karanina Dress
Paris Hilton wore this light brown polka-dotted dress with a Fendi B belt to celebrate the launch of her album in New York on the 17th. She seems to just add a belt to pretty much any outfit, regardless of whether it goes or not. The belt does cost more than the dress though.
