Kylie looked bright and cheery as she stepped out in London last week in her Chloe empire waist vintage jacket. I wonder if she knew that she was about to be selected by Glamour Magazine (msnbc.com) as the world’s best dressed woman, topping a list that included faves like Victoria Beckham, Jennifer Aniston and Kate Hudson. So what do you guys think? Do you agree that she’s really the best dressed woman in the world?

I gotta say no, but mostly because I’ve never really noticed her style.

I think she’s one of the best dressed women in the world. I don’t really understand how they can pick just one anyway, though… She always looks impeccable and she doesn’t wear the same old boring thing.
