Victoria Beckham was seen in Los Angeles on February 14th with her two sons to do a little shopping at the Grove with this very fringy tote by Prada. She also took it out in NYC’s Battery Park on February 11th. What do you think of it?

Not loving the bag! I like her top, shoes and jeans though.
