Rihanna attended Chris Brown’s 18th birthday on Cinco Di Mayo at Jay-Z’s 40/40 club in New York City. Rihanna wore this black dress by 3.1 Phillip Lim, which has also been spotted on The Hills’, Lauren Conrad.
