Lindsay Lohan took herself on a little shopping spree on July 3rd to celebrate her 21st birthday. First, her and her girlfriends hit up Cartier, and then it was off to Fred Segal, where she arrived just before the store closed, giving her a chance for some alone time with just Fred and the girls.
