Paris Hilton in Catherine Malandrino
Paris Hilton and Nicky Hilton hosted the New Year’s Eve 2008 Party at LAX Nightclub in Las Vegas on December 31st. Paris wore this sequined Catherine Malandrino dress that says “I Love Paris” on it.
As for her New Year’s resolution, “Every year I make a resolution to work out and eat healthily but I can’t keep it. But I’m giving it another try this year. It’s a big year for me, two movies coming out and a lot of projects in the works.”

I believe it is actually meant to be ‘I Love Paris’ in French - ‘J’aime Paris’. The ‘I’ is actually a ‘J’ and there is an apostrophe after it.
