Blake Lively and Penn Badgley were spotted having fun and grabbing some grub on June 17th at Tortilla Flats in New York City prior to hailing a cab and heading over to Starbucks.
Blake looked flirty and fun in a blue and white ¾ sleeve collared mini dress by Rag & Bone with a pair of casual black flats, while Penn looked laid back in a grey t-shirt and khaki shorts teamed with a pair of white sneakers by PF Flyers.
