1. How Many Attendees?
If you are planning on having several attendees at your event, you want to consider a restroom trailer. Unlike a single portable toiler, this is a trailer that contains several commodes and urinals.
A restroom trailer gives the impression of a public restroom just as you would find in any building. This ensures that multiple attendees can use the bathroom at the same time.
With regard to the number of trailers, you should have at least two for each gender. The more restroom trailers available, the more convenient for your attendees.
2. A Bit of Privacy
Even if you have several attendees, you might still consider giving each attendee a bit of privacy. If so, the best option is a single portable toilet for each attendee.
While you don’t have to get one for every single confirmed attendee, you want to get an adequate number. This way, your attendees will not have to wait so long to use the restroom. If you have 100 confirmed attendees, you want to consider at least 75 portable toilets.
Portable toilets usually only have the basic toiletries stocked in them. To ensure comfort and convenience, you might want to provide additional amenities. Treat this portable toilet as you would a guest bathroom.
3. Yes, Looks Do Matter
Just as you want to host a professional event, you want to make sure that you apply the same level of professionalism when choosing portable toilets and restroom trailers.
For example, you might want to avoid different trailer styles. A standard restroom trailer ensures that your attendees don’t get confused. Or, as an alternative, you can choose different trailer styles for each gender. But don’t have too many different styles.
You also want to make sure that the outdoor restroom trailers and portable toilets are maintained well. Make sure they are cleaned prior to the event. If they get dirty during the event make sure you have staff members to regularly clean them.

4. Hand Washing

Stock your facilities with an excess of soap, paper towels, and hand sanitizers. Make sure that your staff checks the facilities throughout the event to replenish supplies when necessary.
5. VIP Experience
If you have VIP guests, there should be a bathroom reserved for them. For them, you can choose a luxury restroom trailer.
These will have more space to move around, air conditioning, mirrors, and brighter lights.
