When to Get the Best Weather

If you want to visit Miami before the humidity starts, spring is a good time to do it. The weather is nice and warm.

The downside of going to Florida in the spring? It’s prime time for college students.

Summer is one of the most popular times to visit Miami because kids are getting out of school for break. It’s strange because the weather during this time of year is awful. It’s hot, humid, and you’ll run into tons of rain.
You’ll want to bring along plenty of sunscreen and don’t forget the bug spray. The mosquitos will eat you alive if you do. The temperature will fall into the high 90s, but you can always cool off with swim week.
It’s an event that takes place in July that involves swimwear fashion, cocktails, and lots of swimming. If you’re more of a foodie, visiting Miami during the summer will be your jam because of Miami Spice.
Top restaurants from all around offer ridiculously low rates on their food. As you can imagine, it can get busy. If you want to beat the lines, you’ll need to make reservations.
Miami in the Fall
If you’re trying to beat the crowds and get a great deal on a hotel, going in the fall is how to visit Miami. Since all the kids are going back to school, nobody is there. The fall is also the riskiest time to visit because hurricane season is still in full swing.
This being said, it’s not a matter of if you’ll run into rain. It’s when you’ll run into rain. Expect frequent showers to put a damper on your beach trip.
Though, not much of a damper considering you’ll get pretty much the entire beach to yourself when it’s not raining.
Fall is a good time to visit if you enjoy seafood. There’s a culinary festival that goes on every year that involves a lot of tasting. There’s also a fun Halloween event that takes place in October.
